摘  要:由于施工环境及周边区域条件的限制,盾构穿越风井存在一定难度。依托某轨道交通工程,提出了垂直冻结-蒙推过站穿越区间风井施工技术,重点介绍了工艺原理和工艺流程,包括端头加固、钢环安装、混凝土导台浇筑、洞门凿除、风井回填、孔洞封堵、盾构机到达中间风井施工、洞门封堵、渣土清理、负环拆除等。经实践表明,施工工期由原先的62 d缩短到37 d,从根本上解决了盾构穿越区间风井的技术难题,保证了施工顺利完成。Due to the limitations of the construction environment and surrounding regional conditions,it is difficult for the shield to cross the air shaft.Relying on a rail transit project,a vertical freezing-mengtui station crossing section air shaft technology is proposed,and the process principle and process flow are mainly introduced,including end reinforcement,steel ring installation,concrete guide pouring,tunnel door chiseling,air shaft backfilling,hole plugging,shield machine reaching the middle air shaft construction,tunnel door plugging,residue cleaning,and negative ring removal.Practice has shown that the construction period is shortened from the original 62 d to 37 d,fundamentally solved the technical problem of shield crossing the air shaft and ensured the smooth completion of the construction.
