摘　　要：2024年9月26日,《2024年人才友好型城市研究报告》正式发布,济南人选“2024年全国人才友好型城市”,同时还人选“2024年全国最具人才吸引力城市”和“2024年全国最佳人才发展生态城市”。济南作为副省级城市代表应邀参加发布会,中共济南市委常委、组织部部长陈阳在会上作了城市推介和经验分享。参加发布会并作经验分享的,还有苏州、长沙、常州、海口、太原、鄂尔多斯等6个城市。On September 26,the 2024 Research Report on ChinaJs Talent-friendly Cities was officially unveiled,naming Jinan a"2024 National Talent-Friendly City."In addition,the city was honored as"2024 China’s Best City for Attracting Talent"and"2024 National City with the Best Talent Development Ecosystem."Representing sub-provincial cities,Jinan was invited to attend the event.Chen Yang,Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Director of the Organization Department,delivered a presentation promoting the city and sharing its successful practices in talent development.
