摘　　要：2024年12月13日一早,济南迎来今冬第一场雪。在位于济阳区的济北生命科技园区,37岁的赵继飞正在寒风中奔忙,为园区企业解决一个棘手的环保难题。Zhao Jifei,a distinguished alumnus of Peking University's School of Physics with a specialization in nuclear technology and applications,receiving his a doctorate in nuclear science.Upon his graduation in 2017,Zhao faced a pivotal career decision.His options included a prestigious role as a central government selectee in a ministerial department,a position at the China Academy of Engineering Physics,or returning to Shandong to engage in industrial projects.Opting for a path less conventional,Zhao accepted an invitation to return to his roots in Jiyang District,where he established Weiming Investment Co.,Ltd.He has led several key projects,including the Jiyang District Headquarters Economic Center and the Jibei Life Science and Technology Industrial Park.
