摘  要:使用生物基腰果酚和溴化环氧树脂为原料,合成了生物基改性溴化环氧多元醇阻燃剂,使溴化环氧树脂在无需使用有机溶剂的条件下,其常温的物理状态从固态转变为液态,使其无机溶剂应用成为可能,减少了环境污染和挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的排放。在阻燃环氧树脂的应用中,与添加传统的溴化环氧树脂阻燃剂相比,添加本研究合成的生物基改性溴化环氧多元醇阻燃剂制备的样条拉伸强度提升了18.9%,冲击强度提升了41.5%,极限氧指数(LOI)可以达到29.0%。在阻燃硬质聚氨酯应用中,与加入相仿溴含量的四溴苯酐二醇相比,加入生物基改性多元醇之后阻燃性能更好,LOI可以达到23.9%,UL94达到V-0级别。该物质集阻燃、增韧以及反应性于一身,可以满足不同的应用需求。In this paper,bio-based modified brominated epoxy polyol flame retardants were synthesised using bio-based cashew nut phenol and brominated epoxy resin as raw materials to change the physical state of brominated epoxy resin from solid to liquid at room temperature without the use of organic solvents,which made its inorganic solvent application possible,reduced the environmental pollution and the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOC).In flame retardant epoxy resin applications,compared with the addition of brominated epoxy resin,the tensile strength of the samples prepared by the addition of bio-based modified brominated epoxy polyol was improved by 18.9%,the impact strength was improved by 41.5%,and the limiting oxygen index(LOI)could reach 29.0%.In flame retardant rigid polyurethane applications,compared with the addition of tetrabromophthalic anhydride diol with similar bromine content,the flame-retardant properties of the bio-based modified polyols were better,with an LOI of 23.9%and a UL-94 grade of V-0.The substance combines flame retardancy,toughening and reactivity to meet the needs of different applications.
