摘  要:卟啉作为一种良好的光敏剂,在光动力治疗领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文以5,10,15,20-四(乙氧羰基)卟啉(TECP)为先导化合物,与醋酸锌配位合成了5,10,15,20-四(乙氧基羰基)卟啉锌(Zn-TECP)。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱、核磁共振氢谱及高分辨质谱等表征了TECP和Zn-TECP的结构;以铜绿假单胞菌细菌为实验对象,采用涂布法接种菌种,测定了两种化合物的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。研究结果表明,有光照条件下,Zn-TECP的MBC和MIC值均为64μg/mL,比TECP低,具有更好的光动力抗菌性能。As a good photosensitizer,porphyrin has a wide application prospect in the field of photodynamic therapy.In this paper,5,10,15,20-tetra-(ethoxycarbonyl)porphyrin zinc(Zn-TECP)was synthesized by the coordination of 5,10,15,20-tetra-(ethoxycarbonyl)porphyrin ligands(TECP)with zinc acetate.The structures of TECP and Zn-TECP were characterized by ultraviolet visible optical absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence emission spectra,1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry.The minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the two compounds were determined by smear method with Pseudomonas aeruginosa as experimental subject.The results showed that the MBC and MIC values of Zn-TECP were both 64μg/mL under the condition of light,which was lower than TECP and had better photodynamic antibacterial property.
