基于水热改性粉煤灰吸附剂的制备及其吸附Pb(Ⅱ)研究

摘  要:以粉煤灰为载体,采用水热改性法制备了一种高吸附效果复合材料,并对其吸附Pb(Ⅱ)性能进行研究。试验结果表明:改性粉煤灰材料去除Pb(Ⅱ)的效率明显高于原粉煤灰。其单位饱和吸附量达到了209.30 mg/g。在pH值较低时吸附剂对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能比较低,随着pH值的增强其吸附率也逐渐增强,平衡吸附量也变大。其吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,这种趋势表明其吸附过程符合化学吸附。In this paper,fly ash was used as a carrier to prepare a composite material with high adsorption effect by hydrothermal modification method,and its adsorption performance of Pb(Ⅱ)was studied.The test results show that the efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ)removal of modified fly ash material is significantly higher than that of raw fly ash.The unit saturated adsorption capacity reached 209.30 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption performance of the adsorbent on Pb(Ⅱ)was relatively low when the pH value was lower,and the adsorption rate gradually increased with the increase of pH value,and the equilibrium adsorption capacity also increased.The adsorption kinetics are in line with the quasi-second-order kinetic model,and this trend indicates that the adsorption process is in line with chemical adsorption.
