几种中药组合物的去屑效果研究

摘　　要：头屑已成为人群中比较普遍的头皮健康问题。头皮屑的产生与头屑患者头皮表面微生物生态失衡有关。选择合适的洗发水(洗剂)是最便捷的去屑途径。中草药植物种类繁多,包含丰富的物质成分且绿色天然。在全世界范围内,用于疾病治疗和预防的草药产品的使用持续增加。本工作以抑制马拉色菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌等主要作用菌为靶点,结合现有中国传统经验方,从若干中药材提取物中筛选出5种具有去屑功效的药材,作为一个全新组方,通过动物实验进一步考察组方的抑菌和消肿效果;最终将组方应用于去屑洗发水的配方中并进行相关的人体功效测评,观察组方洗发水去屑效果,为其实际应用提供依据。Dandruff has become a common scalp health problem in human population.The production of dandruff is related to an imbalance in the microbial ecology of the scalp surface in people suffering from dandruff.Choosing the right shampoo(lotion)is the most convenient way to get rid of dandruff.There exist a vast number of Chinese herbal medicine plants,which are rich in substance ingredients and are green and natural.The use of herbal products for disease treatment and prevention continues to increase worldwide.Here,we screened out five herbs with anti-dandruff effects from several Chinese herbal extracts by inhibiting the major active bacteria such as Malassezia,Staphylococcus epidermidis,and Propionibacterium acnes,and by using the existing Chinese traditional empirical prescriptions.The five herbs were then used as a brand-new formula and the anti-bacterial and detumescent effects of the formula were further investigated through animal assays.Finally,the formula was applied to an anti-dandruff shampoo formulation and assessment of the relevant human efficacy was then conducted to determine the anti-dandruff effect of the formula shampoo.The above studies could provide a basis for the practical application of this formula.
