摘 要:以柠檬酸作为络合剂,借助于溶胶-凝胶方法生产钙钛矿LaMnO_(3)催化剂,通过XRD、BET、H_(2)-TPR、热重分析仪TG-DSC和电子扫描显微镜SEM等技术进行催化剂物理测试。将催化剂用来催化甲烷低温燃烧,在不同温度下测定甲烷转化率,考察复合氧化物催化剂中掺杂不同离子(A=Ce、Sr;B=Co、Ni)对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明催化剂La_(0.6) Sr_(0.4) Mn_(0.6) Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)O_(3)具有较好的催化氧化性能,能降低反应温度,甲烷转化率达10%时反应温度为329℃,转化率达90%时反应温度为454℃。当掺杂Sr和Ni离子时,催化剂的比表面积较Ce和Co离子掺杂会有更明显的提升。The perovskite LaMnO_(3) catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with citric acid as complexing agent.Physical properties of the catalyst were tested using XRD,BET,H_(2)-TPR,TG-DSC,and SEM.The catalyst was used to catalyze the low-temperature combustion of methane,and the methane conversion rate was determined at different temperatures.The effect of different ion(A=Ce,Sr,B=Co,Ni)doping on catalyst performance was investigated.The results show that La_(0.6) Sr_(0.4) Mn_(0.6) Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)O_(3) catalytic combustion of methane activity is best,T 10%light-off temperature is 329℃,completely transformation temperature T 90%to 454℃.When Sr and Ni ions are doped,the specific surface area of catalyst is increased more obviously than that of Ce and Co ions.
