十氟戊烷对聚氨酯硬泡绝热性能的影响研究

摘  要:采用十氟戊烷作为成核型添加剂,HFC245作为发泡剂,成功制备了导热系数低、低温力学强度高的聚氨酯硬泡材料。重点研究了成核型添加剂十氟戊烷的加入对聚氨酯硬泡的绝热性能、压缩性能、拉伸性能和其他性能的影响。结果表明,十氟戊烷的加入可以有效降低聚氨酯硬泡在常温下的导热系数,对硬泡的压缩强度也略有增强作用,但对其他性能几乎没有明显影响。十氟戊烷的最佳添加量为聚醚组分的3%(质量分数)。Using decafluoropentane as nucleating additive and HFC245 as foaming agent,polyurethane rigid foams with low thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength at low temperature were successfully prepared.The effects of addition of decafluoropentane on the thermal insulation,compression,tensile and other properties of rigid polyurethane foam were studied.The results show that the addition of decafluoropentane can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane foam at room temperature,and slightly enhance the compressive strength of rigid polyurethane foam,but has little effect on other properties.The optimum addition amount of decafluoropentane is 3%of polyether component.
