摘　　要：以白肋烟打叶复烤过程中产生的废弃白肋烟碎末为原料,分别采用热水罐式提取、乙醇罐式提取、乙醇回流提取三种提取方式对其提取,并浓缩制得白肋烟烟草提取物,采用GC/MS分析测定三种烟草提取物致香成分种类及含量,并将其添加到再造烟叶中进行感官评价对比,乙醇回流提取方式制备的白肋烟烟草提取物致香成分种类和含量相对较高,分别是49种和1339.72μg/g,其作为烟草提取物使用,在添加量为0.1%~0.3%时,可以起到丰富烟香的作用。This article uses waste burley tobacco fragments generated during the process of leaf beating and redrying of burley tobacco as raw materials.Three extraction methods,namely hot water tank extraction,ethanol tank extraction,and ethanol reflux extraction,are used to extract and concentrate burley tobacco extracts.The types and contents of aroma components in the three tobacco extracts are determined by GC/MS analysis,and they are added to reconstituted tobacco leaves for sensory evaluation and comparison.The types and contents of aroma components in the tobacco extract of burley tobacco prepared by ethanol reflux extraction method are relatively high,with 49 types and 1339.72μg/g,respectively.When used as a tobacco extract,it can enrich the tobacco aroma when the addition amount is 0.1%~0.3%.
