摘 要:分别采用电热板消解法和微波消解法对肥料样品进行前处理,然后使用原子荧光光谱法测定砷含量,并测定不同消解方法下的精密度和加标回收率。试验结果表明,两种消解方法下的测定结果均具有良好的精密度和正确度,消解效果均较为理想,微波消解法可用于肥料前处理。基于以上研究,进一步分析了两种消解方法的不同点并给出了不同试验条件下的使用建议。The fertilizer samples were pretreated using the electric heating plate digestion method and the microwave digestion method,respectively.Then,the arsenic content was determined using atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,and the precision and spiked recovery rate were measured under different digestion methods.The determination results under both digestion methods showed good precision and accuracy,and the digestion effect was relatively ideal.The microwave digestion method could be uesd for fertilizer pretreatment.Based on this,the differences between the two digestion methods were further analyzed,and suggestions for their use under different experimental conditions were provided.
