摘  要:依据行业标准采用传统化学法分析次磷酸铝中磷含量,存在分析步骤烦琐、分析时间长、环境温度要求高等问题。本文将试样研磨至粒度小于75μm,采用硼酸镶边压片法制成样片,在选定分析条件下测试,创建了X射线荧光光谱法测定次磷酸铝中磷含量的方法。本文将化学法定值的试样按选定条件制成样片,绘制标准曲线,线性关系良好;对3个不同磷含量的次磷酸铝样品重复测定7次,相对标准偏差在0.20%~0.27%,方法精密度好;同时将化学法测定结果与本法测定结果进行比对,绝对差值在0.03%~0.30%,无显著性差异。本法样品制备简单,数据准确度和稳定性好,实现了仪器法快速检测,解决了实验对环境温度要求高的问题,值得推广。According to industry standards,traditional chemical methods are used to detect the phosphorus content in aluminum hypophosphite,which has problems such as the influence of analysis steps,long analysis time,and high environmental temperature requirements.This article grinds the sample to a particle size of less than 75μm,and uses the edge pressing method to prepare the sample.Under selected analysis conditions,a method for determining the phosphorus content in aluminum hypophosphite by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is created.This article will make samples of chemical legal values according to selected conditions,draw standard curves,and show a good linear relationship,repeat the measurement of three different phosphorus content aluminum acid samples seven times,with a relative standard deviation of 0.20%~0.27%,indicating good precision of the method.At the same time,the results of the chemical method were compared with those of this method,and there was no significant difference in the absolute difference between 0.03%and 0.30%.This method has simple sample preparation,good data accuracy and stability,and achieves rapid detection by instrument method,solved the problem of high environmental temperature requirements for experiments,which is worth promoting.
