摘  要:采用测量系统分析(MSA)方法对脱硝催化剂比表面积测量系统进行分析与研究,通过Minitab统计分析工具对脱硝催化剂比表面积测量系统的稳定性、偏倚和线性、重复性以及再现性五个方面进行定量分析,结果表明脱硝催化剂比表面积测量系统稳定,偏倚和线性达到可接受状态,量具R&R研究变异占比为20.9%,可区分数NDC为6,比表面积测量系统可使用,分辨力合格,能够为脱硝催化剂生产过程控制提供数据支撑和保证。Using the Measurement System Analysis(MSA)method,the specific surface area measurement system for denitrification catalysts was analyzed and studied.Through the Minitab statistical analysis tool,a quantitative analysis was conducted on the stability,bias and linearity,repeatability,and reproducibility of the specific surface area measurement system.The results indicate that the specific surface area measurement system for denitrification catalysts is stable,with bias and linearity at acceptable levels.The variation rate of the measuring tool R&R study was 20.9%,the distinguishability score NDC was 6,the specific surface area measurement system was in a critical state,and the resolution was qualified,which could capable of providing data support and assurance for the control of the denitrification catalyst production process.
