摘 要:某石化公司二级减温器内构件开裂引起介质泄漏。通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、硬度测试、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析内构件开裂原因。结果表明:失效件为12Cr1MoV和F22焊接组成,套管和过渡段连接部位存在间隙,母材近表面材料发生球化劣化,断口局部存在疲劳条带,推断开裂机理为热疲劳开裂。加之存在干湿交替运行环境,综合作用下导致内构件发生热疲劳开裂。The internal component of a petrochemical company's secondary temperature reducer cracked,causing medium leakage.Through macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property detection,hardness test,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the causes of internal component cracking are analyzed.The results show that the failure part is composed of 12Cr1MoV and F22 welding,there is a gap in the connection part of the sleeve and the transition section,the spherical deterioration of the parent material near the surface material,and there is a fatigue strip in the fracture,and the inference cracking mechanism is thermal fatigue cracking.In addition,there is a dry and wet alternate operation environment,which leads to thermal fatigue cracking of the internal components under the comprehensive action.
