摘  要:丁页区块页岩气储层以泥页岩为主,由于地层页岩不稳定,层理和微裂缝发育,破碎性严重,在钻进过程中极易发生卡钻及井漏事故。针对该地区情况,通过对乳化剂、有机土、降滤失剂、封堵剂的优选,得到一种环保高性能油基钻井液体系。该体系具有破乳电压高、流变性好、滤失量小等特点,并且成功在丁页12-3井成功应用,现场应用中体系表现出良好的稳定性、优良的携砂悬砂能力、强的封堵性及井壁稳定性,为后续丁页12平台的钻进提供了参考。The shale gas reservoir in ding-shale block is mainly composed of shale.Due to the instability of shale,the development of bedding and micro-fractures,and the serious fragmentation,it is very easy to cause sticking and lost circulation accidents during drilling.An environment-friendly high performance oil-based drilling fluid system was obtained by optimizing emulsifier,organic soil,filtrate reducer and plugging agent.The system has the characteristics of high demulsification voltage,good rheological property and small filtration loss,and has been successfully applied in well Dingliu 12-3,the strong plugging ability and wellbore stability provide a reference for the following drilling of d-page 12 platform.
