摘　　要：蒸发结晶装置中,由于介质温度高且含有结晶,在生产中的流程泵多使用双端面机械密封。该类机封在运行过程中多数需要外接冷却冲洗水对机封进行不间断冲洗和冷却,冲洗水的稳定性对其使用寿命至关重要。冲洗水闭式循环系统可采用储罐将机封冲洗水收集起来,再用循环泵将水打到各个使用点,以此实现机封冲洗水的重复使用,达到节约用水降低生产成本的目的。本文详细阐述了冲洗水闭式循环系统构成、工作原理及设计计算方法。Evaporation crystallization device,due to the high temperature of the medium and contains crystallization,in the production of process pumps more than the use of double end mechanical seals.Most of these seals require external cooling rinse water for uninterrupted rinsing and cooling of the seal during operation,and the stability of the rinse water is critical to its service life.Closed loop system of flushing water can be used in tanks to collect the seal flushing water,and then use the circulating pump to pump the water to the various points of use,so as to realize the reuse of seal flushing water to achieve the purpose of saving water to reduce production costs.This paper describes in detail the rinse water closed loop system composition,working principle and design calculation method.
