摘  要:伊拉克某油田火炬系统设置有高压、低压和酸气三组塔架式结构火炬。该油田在生产过程中出现高压火炬和低压火炬冒黑烟现象。随着当地环保要求提高,消除火炬黑烟已经成为亟待解决的油田生产问题。本文针对火炬黑烟产生原因进行分析,发现火炬泄放气中重组分含量较高、火炬头尺寸偏大、蒸汽管道尺寸偏小等均是导致该油田火炬黑烟产生的主要原因。与此同时,本文还针对火炬黑烟解决措施展开探讨,包括鼓风消烟方案、蒸汽消烟方案、可变间隙音速火炬方案、地面火炬方案等。最终推荐解决措施需结合操作工况、改造工程量和投资、当地公用依托条件等确定,也可采用不同方案组合的形式。The flare system in an oil field in Iraq is equipped with high pressure,low pressure,and acidic gas three tower-type structure flares.During the oil field production,the phenomena of black smoke from high-pressure flare and low-pressure flare occurred.With the increasing local environmental protection requirements,eliminating flare black smoke has become an urgent problem.The article analyzes the causes of flare black smoke and finds that the high content of heavy components in the flare exhaust gas,oversized flare head size,and undersized steam pipeline are the main reasons for the occurrence of flare black smoke.At the same time,the article also discusses the solutions for flare black smoke,including forced draft smoke elimination scheme,steam smoke elimination scheme,variable-slot sonic flare scheme,and ground torch scheme.In the end,it is recommended that the solutions should be determined in combination with operation conditions,reconstruction project scale and investment,local public support conditions,and can also be in the form of a combination of different schemes.
