基于异址双活技术的广电全媒体制播系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：浙江广播电视集团为全力打造省级重大文化传播平台,全新建设了“中国蓝云”大院分中心,与“中国蓝云”国际影视中心主中心一起构成了“中国蓝云”双活数据中心。集团旗下经济生活频道为努力提升内容生产力和融媒传播力,对传统非编制作网和演播室进行了升级改造,在双活数据中心的基础上,建设了一套异址双活的节目生产制播系统,实现从制作到送播、从内容编辑到新媒体发布的全面云端化。本文结合频道现状需求和设计原则,对全媒体制播系统的架构设计和功能模块实现进行详细的介绍。In order to construct a provincial-level cultural communication platform,Zhejiang Media Group has newly constructed the“China Blue Cloud”Branch Center,which together with the“China Blue Cloud”Main Center,forms the“China Blue Cloud”dual-active data center.Zhejiang Economic and Life Channel is making a great effort to enhance content production capacity and media communication power by upgrading its traditional non-linear editing networks and studios.Based on the dual-active data center,the channel has established a different-site dual-active program production and broadcasting system,achieving comprehensive cloud-based operations from production to broadcasting,as well as from content creation to new media distribution.Combining the current needs of the channel and design principles,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the architectural design and module functions of the all-media production and broadcasting system.
