摘 要:在重大灾害时,应急广播车作为应急广播体系的关键组成部分,能够迅速实现关键区域的机动应急广播覆盖。本文详细阐述了福建省广播影视集团基于IP架构设计的应急广播车音视频系统,通过融合AoIP和NDI技术,系统传输效率和机动性得到显著提升。同时,车载平台、广播融媒体直播和传输系统的精心规划,确保了车辆在多变环境下的稳定运行。实际应用表明,该系统极大地提升了应急响应速度和信息传播的效率。In the event of a major disaster,the emergency broadcasting vehicle,as a key component of the emergency broadcasting system,can quickly realize the mobile emergency broadcasting coverage in key areas.This paper elaborates on the audio and video system of emergency broadcasting vehicles designed by Fujian Radio,Film and Television Group based on IP architecture.By integrating AoIP and NDI technologies,the transmission efficiency and mobility of the system are significantly improved.The careful planning of the on-board platform,broadcast and convergence media live broadcast and transmission system ensures the stable operation of the vehicle in a changeable environment.Practical application cases show that the system greatly improves the speed of emergency response and the efficiency of information dissemination.
