摘　　要：深入解读《澳大利亚国家图书馆2023—2024年规划》有助于发现其战略框架、实施路径及现实效果,利用文本分析等方法洞悉最新发展规划纲要找寻其特色亮点,发现包含第一民族、收藏、连接、合作与能力等五大支柱。以启示与借鉴路径为依托,从响应多元需求且注重落实、重视战略文本制定和系统推进、挖掘本土特色振兴民族文化及坚持开放民主扩大影响等四方面提出优势沿用之策,以期为我国图书馆事业发展与“十五五”规划制定提供借鉴。An in-depth interpretation of the National Library of Australia Corporate Plan 2023-2024 can help discover its strategic framework,implementation path and practical effects.It uses text analysis and other methods to gain insight into the latest development plan outline to fi nd its characteristic highlights,and fi nds that it contains fi ve pillars:First Nations,collection,connection,cooperation and ability.Based on the enlightenment and reference path,this paper puts forward the advantages and strategies from four aspects:responding to multiple needs and paying attention to implementation,attaching importance to the formulation of strategic texts and systematic promotion,excavating local characteristics to revitalize national culture and adhering to open democracy to expand the influence,so as to provide reference for the development of China's library cause and the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
