摘　　要：公共文化空间建设是新时代公共文化服务高质量发展的重要抓手,亟需在理论与实践层面给予深入研究。基于对公共文化空间从理论概念到政策实践的梳理,比较传统公共文化服务与新型公共文化空间的结构、过程、功能差异,并分析打造“最美公共文化空间”的实践经验,提出新时代公共文化服务发展的空间治理策略。公共文化空间是现代公共文化服务体系建设的一种新理论范式,其打造模式并不局限于单一的“小而美”的物理空间形式,而是通过场景营造与嵌入式服务实现文化赋能,在国家—社会—公民三位一体中塑造共同体意识。未来公共文化空间建设需要遵循空间生产与空间正义的逻辑,进一步促进社会参与、区域均等、数实融合,坚持“以文化人”为内核,营造“各美其美、美美与共”的公共文化空间氛围。The construction of public cultural spaces is an important starting point for the high-quality development of public cultural services in the new era,which urgently needs in-depth research at both theoretical and practical levels.Based on the combing from the theoretical concept to the policy practice of public cultural spaces,this paper compares the structural,processional,and functional differences between traditional public cultural services and new types of public cultural spaces.It also analyzes the practical experience of creating"the most beautiful public cultural spaces"and proposes space governance strategies for the development of public cultural services in the new era.Public cultural spaces represent a new theoretical paradigm in the construction of modern public cultural service systems.Their creation model is not limited to a single"small and beautiful"physical space form but achieves cultural empowerment through scene creation and embedded services.It shapes a sense of community within the trinity of state—society—citizen.In the future,the construction of public cultural space needs to follow the logic of space production and space justice,further promote social participation,regional equality,digital and real integration,adhere to the core of"cultivating people with culture,"and create an atmosphere of public cultural spaces where"each beauty is unique and all beauties coexist harmoniously."
