摘　　要：优质的公共文化服务是创造高品质精神生活、推动经济建设、全面实现社会主义现代化的重要载体。文章分别从本质内涵、基本特征与内在逻辑三个方面深入探析公共文化服务高质量发展的基本内涵,结合创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念的要求,从构建公共文化服务高质量发展生态系统、完善契合高质量发展的公共文化服务要素支撑体系、营造保障公共文化服务高质量发展的政策制度环境等方面探讨公共文化服务高质量发展路径,通过推动高质量的文化建设为经济发展注入精神力量,实现经济发展与文化繁荣相融互促的新形态。High-quality public cultural services are an important carrier for creating high-quality spiritual life,promoting economic construction and fully realizing socialist modernization.This paper deeply analyzes the basic connotation of high-quality development of public cultural services from three aspects:essential connotation,basic characteristics and internal logic.Combined with the requirements of new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,this paper discusses the high-quality development path of public cultural services from the aspects of building a high-quality development ecosystem of public cultural services,improving the support system of public cultural service elements in line with high-quality development,and creating a policy and institutional environment to ensure the high-quality development of public cultural services.It injects spiritual strength into economic development by promoting high-quality cultural construction,and realizes a new form of mutual promotion between economic development and cultural prosperity.
