摘  要:目的:分析损伤控制联合外伤急救在急诊创伤性颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年5月—2024年5月在海安市中医院接受治疗的80例创伤性颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用外伤急救,观察组在对照组基础上给予损伤控制。对比两组急救效率、急救效果以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组准备时间、急救时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组急救效果优于对照组(P=0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:创伤性颅脑损伤患者采用损伤控制联合外伤急救进行干预,可以显著提高急救效率及效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of damage control combined with trauma first aid in the emergency treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:Eighty patients with traumatic brain injury treated at Haian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received trauma first aid,while the observation group received damage control in addition to the trauma first aid.The first-aid efficiency,first-aid effect,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The preparation time and first-aid time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The first-aid effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P=0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of damage control combined with trauma first aid in patients with traumatic brain injury can significantly improve first-aid efficiency and effectiveness while reducing the incidence of complications.
