摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者不同糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平分层与尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)的相关性。方法:选取梧州市工人医院内分泌科2022年1月—2023年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者311例,根据HbA_(1c)水平分为4组,其中A组(n=80)HbA_(1c)≤8.60%,B组(n=76)HbA_(1c)>8.60%~10.65%,C组(n=84)HbA_(1c)>10.65%~12.80%,D组(n=71)HbA_(1c)>12.80%。对比4组一般资料及mAlb水平。结果:4组mAlb水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Spearman相关性分析显示,不同HbA_(1c)水平与mAlb呈正相关(P<0.001),线性回归方程:mAlb=-67.788+9.123×HbA_(1c);D组肾功能衰竭时间估算值为18.804,低于总体水平。结论:2型糖尿病患者HbA_(1c)水平与mAlb呈正相关,应加强患者的血糖控制,以延缓肾脏损伤,保护肾功能。Objective:To investigate the correlation between stratified glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))levels and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 311 T2DM patients admitted to Endocrinology Department of Wuzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled and divided into four groups based on HbA_(1c) levels:group A(n=80)with HbA_(1c)≤8.60%,group B(n=76)with HbA_(1c)>8.60% to 10.65%,group C(n=84)with HbA_(1c)>10.65% to 12.80%,and Group D(n=71)with HbA_(1c)>12.80%.General data and mAlb levels were compared among the groups.Results:Significant differences in mAlb levels were observed among the four groups(P<0.001).Spearman correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between HbA_(1c) levels and mAlb(P<0.001),with the linear regression equation:mAlb=-67.788+9.123×HbA_(1c).The estimated time to renal failure in Group D was 18.804,which was lower than the overall level.Conclusion:HbA_(1c) levels are positively correlated with mAlb levels in T2DM patients.Strengthening glycemic control is essential to delay renal injury and protect renal function.
