摘　　要：目的:分析内镜下逆行胆胰管造影术(ERCP)治疗胆总管结石的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年2月南京大学医学院附属苏州医院收治的胆总管结石患者90例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(行腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术)和观察组(行ERCP),各45例。对比两组手术指标、术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001);观察组黄疸消退时间、首次排气时间、首次进食时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:ERCP治疗胆总管结石的效果显著,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,促进术后恢复,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in the treatment of choledocholithiasis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(treated with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration)and an observation group(treated with ERCP)according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The surgical indicators,postoperative recovery indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).The jaundice regression time,first exhaust time,and first eating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:ERCP is effective in the treatment of choledocholithiasis,reducing intraoperative blood loss,shortening operation time,promoting postoperative recovery,and lowering the incidence of postoperative complications.
