除湿胃苓汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿胃苓汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月邹平市青阳镇卫生院接诊的脂溢性皮炎患者82例为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组采用除湿胃苓汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、皮损及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.024)。治疗前,两组皮疹颜色、瘙痒程度、皮疹面积评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组皮疹颜色、瘙痒程度、皮疹面积评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:除湿胃苓汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性皮炎的临床效果显著,可缓解症状,减轻皮损,且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chushi Weiling Decoction in treating seborrheic dermatitis of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type.Methods:A total of 82 patients with seborrheic dermatitis admitted to Zouping Qingyang Town Health Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41)according to the lottery method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Chushi Weiling Decoction.The treatment efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,skin lesions,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of rash color,pruritus severity and rash area scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores for rash color,pruritus severity and rash area decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chushi Weiling Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in treating seborrheic dermatitis of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type,alleviating symptoms and reducing skin lesions without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
