中药灌肠联合中药封包治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药灌肠联合中药封包治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月在雅安市石棉县中医医院接受诊断治疗的120例盆腔炎性疾病患者,采取随机数字表法分成对照组(抗生素治疗)与观察组(在对照组基础上给予中药灌肠联合中药封包治疗),各60例。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.007);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.026);观察组复发率低于对照组(P=0.008)。结论:中药灌肠联合中药封包治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果优于单用抗生素治疗,可有效降低不良反应发生率及复发率。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine enema combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine pack in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease at Ya'an Shimian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with antibiotics)and an observation group(treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine enema combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine pack in addition to the control group's treatment),with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic efficacy,adverse reactions,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.007).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.026).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.008).Conclusion:The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine enema and Traditional Chinese Medicine pack in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is more effective than antibiotic treatment alone,significantly reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.
