自拟散寒化瘀汤联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟散寒化瘀汤联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:以随机数字表法将2023年1—12月南宁市宁明县人民医院收治的112例子宫内膜异位症患者分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组给予曲普瑞林治疗,观察组给予自拟散寒化瘀汤联合曲普瑞林治疗。对两组患者治疗情况进行比较。结果:治疗后,两组血清癌抗原125、糖链抗原199、抗子宫内膜抗体、血管内皮生长因子、血管内皮生长因子-1、血管内皮生长因子-2水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组性交痛、盆腔痛评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P=0.015)。结论:自拟散寒化瘀汤联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症可有效改善患者的子宫内膜血流情况,缓解性交痛、盆腔痛,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of self-prepared Sanhan Huayu Decoction combined with Triptorelin in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:A total of 112 patients with endometriosis admitted to Nanning Ningming County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Triptorelin,while the observation group was treated with self-prepared Sanhan Huayu Decoction combined with Triptorelin.The treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum cancer antigen 125,carbohydrate antigen 199,anti-endometrial antibody,vascular endothelial growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor-1,and vascular endothelial growth factor-2 decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for dyspareunia and pelvic pain decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.015).Conclusion:Self-prepared Sanhan Huayu Decoction combined with Triptorelin in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively improve endometrial blood flow,alleviate dyspareunia and pelvic pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.
