益母草软胶囊治疗药物终止妊娠后阴道出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析益母草软胶囊治疗药物终止妊娠后阴道出血的效果。方法:选择梧州市中医医院2023年1—6月收治的80例药物终止妊娠后阴道出血患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗基础上应用催产素治疗)和试验组(在对照组基础上应用益母草软胶囊治疗),各40例。对比两组中医证候积分、凝血指标、炎性指标。结果:治疗后,两组阴道出血量、血质、腹痛或小腹痛、面色、血色评分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间、血浆凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间延长,纤维蛋白原水平降低,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物终止妊娠后阴道出血患者服用益母草软胶囊可获得理想疗效,有助于改善证候及凝血功能,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Motherwort Soft Capsule in treating vaginal bleeding after medical termination of pregnancy.Methods:Eighty patients with vaginal bleeding after medical termination of pregnancy admitted to Wuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with oxytocin based on conventional therapy)and an experimental group(treated with Motherwort Soft Capsule in addition to the control group’s treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,coagulation indices,and inflammatory indices were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores for vaginal bleeding volume,blood quality,abdominal or lower abdominal pain,facial complexion,and blood color decreased in both groups,with the experimental group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time,plasma thrombin time,and prothrombin time were prolonged,and fibrinogen levels were reduced in both groups,with the experimental group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-α decreased in both groups,with the experimental group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with vaginal bleeding after medical termination of pregnancy can achieve ideal therapeutic effects by taking Motherwort Soft Capsule,which helps improve Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes and coagulation function while reducing inflammatory responses.
