摘　　要：目的:探究快速康复护理对腹腔镜全胃切除术患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月重庆医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科收治的胃癌患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理模式。比较两组恢复时间、舒适情况、并发症、满意度。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间、进食时间、腹腔引流管拔除时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);护理后,两组生理、心理、精神、社会文化和环境评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.039);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.010)。结论:快速康复护理在腹腔镜全胃切除术患者中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者术后恢复,减少术后并发症,提高舒适度及满意度。Objective:To investigate the impact of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic total gastrectomy.Methods:Sixty-four gastric cancer patients admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group was treated with the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing model.Recovery time,comfort level,complications,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited shorter recovery times for bowel sounds,first anal exhaust,first defecation,first ambulation,oral intake,abdominal drainage tube removal,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.001).Post-nursing,both groups showed increased scores in physiological,psychological,spiritual,socio-cultural,and environmental aspects,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.039).Additionally,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.010).Conclusion:The application of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic total gastrectomy demonstrates favorable outcomes,promoting postoperative recovery,reducing complications,and enhancing comfort and satisfaction.
