中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩在高血压患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年1月德州市陵城区中医院及济南市中心医院东院区就诊的高血压患者130例为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩。比较两组护理效果、血压水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。干预前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩可有效控制患者的血压水平,护理效果较好。Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine constitution differentiation and conditioning nursing combined with acupoint massage in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 130 hypertensive patients treated at Dezhou Lingcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jinan Central Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using computer randomization,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received Traditional Chinese medicine constitution differentiation and conditioning nursing combined with acupoint massage in addition to the conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.010).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in both groups decreased,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine constitution differentiation and conditioning nursing combined with acupoint massage can effectively control blood pressure levels in patients,demonstrating favorable nursing efficacy.
