摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理在老年心脏外科手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月于上海医大医院拟行心脏外科手术的老年患者84例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组行快速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理。比较两组康复指标、并发症发生情况、满意度。结果:观察组拔管时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043);观察组护理服务态度、护理对自身康复的帮助、护理及时性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理在老年心脏外科手术患者中的应用价值较高,可促进患者康复,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application value of perioperative nursing in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery under the guidance of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients scheduled for cardiac surgery at Shanghai Medical University Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing care,while the observation group received perioperative nursing care guided by the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept.Rehabilitation indicators,complication rates,and satisfaction levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had earlier extubation time,first ambulation time,and first exhaust time,as well as a shorter hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043).The scores for nursing service attitude,nursing assistance in self-rehabilitation,and nursing timeliness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing under the guidance of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept has significant application value in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery,promoting patient recovery,reducing the risk of complications,and improving patient satisfaction.
