摘　　要：目的:分析梅花针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛中应用针对性护理的效果。方法:选取广州市皮肤病医院2021年4月—2023年4月收治的66例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,随机分成常规组和研究组,各33例。两组均予以梅花针刺治疗,常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理。比较两组满意度、疼痛程度、皮肤破溃感染发生率。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于常规组(P=0.024)。干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组皮肤破溃感染发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛中应用针对性护理的效果显著,可提高患者满意度,缓解疼痛,降低皮肤破溃感染发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with plum blossom needle therapy.Methods:Sixty-six patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Guangzhou Dermatology Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and a study group,with 33 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with plum blossom needle therapy,with the conventional group receiving routine nursing care and the study group receiving targeted nursing care.The satisfaction level,pain intensity,and incidence of skin ulceration and infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.024).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the Visual Analog Scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Visual Analog Scale scores in both groups decreased,with the study group showing lower scores than the coventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin ulceration and infection in the study group was lower than that in the coventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with plum blossom needle therapy has a significant effect,improving patient satisfaction,alleviating pain,and reducing the incidence of skin ulceration and infection.
