手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取六盘水市六枝特区人民医院2022年1月—2024年1月收治的522例腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各261例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组采用手术室人性化护理。对比两组疼痛程度、负性情绪、睡眠质量。结果:术后6、12、24、48h,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,术后12、24、48h观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3d,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2、5、7d,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室人性化护理可减轻腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者的术后疼痛情况,改善不良情绪,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:A total of 522 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy at Liupanshui Liuzhi Special District People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 261 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care in the operating room,while the observation group received humanized nursing care in the operating room.The degree of pain,negative emotions,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6,12,24,and 48 hours postoperatively,the Visual Analog Scale scores in both groups decreased,with the observation group having lower scores than the control group at 12,24,and 48 hours(P<0.05).Three days postoperatively,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores in both groups decreased,with the observation group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).At 2,5,and 7 days postoperatively,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores in both groups decreased,with the observation group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing care in the operating room can reduce postoperative pain,improve negative emotions,and enhance sleep quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.
