摘　　要：目的:了解临床护士灾害护理能力现状和影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样方法,纳入2023年1—6月广东省中医院临床护士168名,采用调问卷查的方法了解临床护士的一般情况和灾害护理能力,共发放调查问卷168份,回收168份,其中有效问卷160份。分析临床护士灾害护理能力的影响因素。结果:160名调查对象灾害护理能力平均得分(126.79±34.25)分,其中不及格57名(为灾害护理能力低组),及格及以上103名(为灾害护理能力高组)。灾害护理能力高组和灾害护理能力低组科室、灾害救援经历、灾害培训经历、急救专业培训经历情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,科室为急诊或ICU、有灾害救援经历、有灾害救援培训经历是护士灾害护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:广东省中医院临床护士灾害护理能力有待提高,护理管理部门应定期开展相关培训,提高临床护士的灾害护理能力。Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of disaster nursing competence among clinical nurses.Methods:A convenience sampling method was employed to enroll 168 clinical nurses from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January and June 2023.A questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the general characteristics and disaster nursing competence of the nurses.A total of 168 questionnaires were distributed,with 168 returned,of which 160 were valid.The influencing factors of disaster nursing competence were analyzed.Results:The average score of disaster nursing competence among the 160 participants was(126.79±34.25),with 57 participants scoring below the passing threshold(low disaster nursing competence group)and 103 participants scoring at or above the passing threshold(high disaster nursing competence group).Significant differences were observed between the high and low disaster nursing competence groups in terms of department,disaster rescue experience,disaster training experience,and emergency professional training experience(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that working in the emergency department or ICU,having disaster rescue experience,and having disaster rescue training experience were significant influencing factors of nurses'disaster nursing competence(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disaster nursing competence of clinical nurses at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine requires improvement.Nursing management departments should conduct regular training to enhance the disaster nursing competence of clinical nurses.
