摘  要:随着压水堆核电机组运行时间增加,无论二回路水化学控制多么严格,蒸汽发生器中的沉积物不可避免地逐渐增加。杂质在沉积物形成的缝隙区聚集浓缩导致水质恶化,加速了蒸汽发生器性能降低,影响机组运行的安全与可靠性。本文阐述了蒸汽发生器沉积物来源、形态、分布及其危害,分析缝隙区杂质浓缩及水化学评价方法。比较分析了几种蒸汽发生器沉积物控制化学方法,有机胺碱化剂从源项上降低了腐蚀产物沉积速率,有利于蒸汽发生器安全可靠性与寿命。As the operating time of the PWR nuclear power plant increases,no matter how strict the secondary water chemistry control is,the deposits in the steam generator inevitably increases.Impurities accumulate and concentrate in the crevice areas formed by deposit,leading to water quality deterioration,accelerating the performance degradation of the steam generator,and affecting the safety and reliability of the unit.The article provides an overview of the deposit sources,forms,distribution,and damages to steam generator,then discusses impurity concentration in crevice areas and crevice water chemistry evaluation methods.Comparing and analyzing several chemical methods for controlling steam generator deposits,organic amines reduce the deposition rate of corrosion products from the source term,which is beneficial for the safety reliability and the service life of steam generators.
