摘 要:本文聚焦发电厂汽轮机叶片断裂问题,深入挖掘其根源,涉及设计缺陷、制造加工瑕疵、运行中的应力疲劳,还有蒸汽品质不佳、异物混入、启停操作失误等外部因素。同时,提出优化设计、改良工艺、加强维护、采用新材料涂层、搭建监测预警系统等预防手段,助力电厂平稳运行。This paper focuses on the problem of turbine blade fracture in power plants and deeply explores its root causes,which involve design defects,manufacturing and processing flaws,stress fatigue during operation,as well as external factors such as poor steam quality,foreign object intrusion,and improper start-up and shutdown operations.meanwhile,preventive measures such as optimizing design,improving processes,strengthening maintenance,applying new material coatings,and constructing a monitoring and early warning system are proposed to facilitate the stable operation of power plants.
