摘  要:大直径泥水盾构技术是现代隧道工程中广泛应用的一种先进施工技术,盾尾密封系统负责维持盾构机尾部与刚安装的隧道管片之间的密封,防止地下水和泥浆入侵施工区,保障工作环境的稳定。但盾尾密封失效是常见的问题之一,其失效因素复杂多样,包括设计与生产缺陷、材料性能不佳、施工操作不当以及掘进参数优化不足等。对此,本文分析了大直径泥水盾构盾尾密封失效的主要因素,并根据实际工程提出了一系列预防措施,旨在提升盾尾密封系统的可靠性和工程安全性。Large diameter mud shield technology is an advanced construction technology widely used in modern tunnel engineering.The shield tail sealing system is responsible for maintaining the seal between the tail of the shield machine and the just installed tunnel segment,preventing groundwater and mud from invading the construction area,and ensuring the stability of the working environment.However,the failure of shield tail seal is one of the common problems,and its failure factors are complex and diverse,including design and production defects,poor material performance,improper construction operation and insufficient optimization of tunneling parameters.In this regard,this paper analyzes the main factors of shield tail sealing failure,and puts forward a series of preventive measures according to the actual engineering,aiming to improve the reliability and engineering safety of shield tail sealing system.
