摘  要:油气田注水增产开发工艺中注水管道结垢是常见且风险较大的问题。为明确注水海管结垢关键因素,分析了注水管道结垢机理,探究了水质组分及环境条件因素对管道结垢的影响规律;通过对某海上油气田注水海管采样数据的统计分析,形成注水海管结垢倾向随时间变化规律,提出结垢防护响应措施。In the water injection stimulation development process of oil and gas fields,scaling of water injection pipe is a typical and risky problem.In order to identify the key factors of water-injection pipe scaling,the scaling mechanism of water-injection pipe is analyzed to investigate the effect of water quality components and environmental factors on pipe scaling.Based on the statistical analysis of the sampling data of water injection pipeline in an offshore oil and gas field,the scaling tendency of water injection pipeline is obtained,and the scaling protection response measures are put forward.
