摘 要:为保证工程管理的信息化,提升工程全面管理水平,有效控制施工工期和成本,以实际工程为例,研究基于BIM技术的工程管理。该技术依据工程的实际信息为主,通过参数化智能建模,构建建筑3D模型,依据构建的模型实现工程量匹配,最终得出工程量的清单明细以及成本数据;并且对整个建筑工程进行工作任务分解,可构建施工工期—成本优化目标函数,采用粒子群优化算法进行求解后,获取优化结果,依据该结果进行3D模型的动态模拟,获取满足建设需求的规划方案,实现工程全面管理。测试结果显示:该技术应用后,施工总工期直接减少19天;施工的总费用整体降低12.43万元。In order to ensure the informatization of project management,improve the overall management level of the project,and effectively control the construction period and cost,we take the actual project as an exa mple to study the project management based on BIM technology.The technology is based on the actual inform ation of the project as the main,through parametric intelligent modeling,construct the 3D model of the building,according to the constructed model to achieve the project quantity matching,and ultimately derive the list deta ils of the project quantity as well as the cost data;and the work task decomposition of the entire construction pr oject,can construct the construction period-cost optimization objective function,using particle swarm op timization algorithm for solving,after The optimization result is obtained,and the dynamic simulation of 3D model is carried out based on the result to obtain the planning scheme that meets the construction dem and and realize the comprehensive management of the project.Test results show that:after the applicatio n of this technology,the total construction period is directly reduced by 19 days;the total cost of construct ion is reduced by 124,300 yuan as a whole.
