摘  要:热膨胀性能对于石墨设备的性能和使用安全有至关重要的影响,热膨胀系数的准确检测有助于优化和改进制造过程,从而提高产品的质量,确保设备正常运行。目前国内外相关的检测标准,包括ASME BPVC VIII-1、DIN 51909、JIS R7222、GB/T 3074.4,这4个标准对适用范围、仪器设备、试样制备、实验步骤、结果计算的要求各不相同。通过对国内外检测标准进行对比分析,提出了浸渍石墨材料热膨胀系数检测方法的改进方向。Thermal expansion performance has a crucial impact on the performance and use safety of graphite equipment.The accurate detection of thermal expansion coefficient is helpful to optimize and improve the manufacturing process,so as to improve the quality of products and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.At present,the relevant testing standards at home and abroad,including ASME BPVC VIII-1,DIN 51909,JIS R7222,GB/T 3074.4,4 standards have different requirements for applicable scope,equipment,sample preparation,experimental steps and result calculation.Through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign detection standards,the improvement direction of the thermal expansion coefficient of soaked graphite materials is proposed.
