摘　　要：为保障使用年限已达30年的老旧输油管道安全,业主利用多次改线、加强阴极保护、多次定期检验等手段后,该管道在平稳运行;由于两次外检测定期检验未发现明显壁厚减薄,运行工况又不能支持内检测,传统的外检测已经不能“胜任”高后果区的内/外腐蚀以及制造缺陷的检出,这对检验机构提出了挑战,建议相关部门提出针对老旧长输管道的多种检验评估方法。In order to ensure the safety of the old oil pipeline,which has been in use for 30 years,the owner has used many methods,such as re-routing,strengthening cathodic protection and regular inspection,etc.Because of the lack of obvious wall thickness reduction in the two external tests and the fact that the operating conditions can not support the internal tests,the traditional external tests are no longer“Competent”for the detection of internal/external corrosion and manufacturing defects in the high consequence zone,this poses a challenge to inspection agencies,and suggests that relevant departments propose a variety of inspection and evaluation methods for old long-distance pipelines.
