海洋油气管道腐蚀的影响及防护技术研究

摘  要:海洋油气管道腐蚀形式与其所处的海洋环境,以及采取的防腐蚀措施密切相关,引发管道腐蚀的干扰条件有:海水特征、海水流动、油气成分、内在机理等,管道腐蚀易造成管线泄漏等失效,给企业经济及海洋环境带来严重的损害。本文从管道腐蚀后的应力失效角度出发,对某油气管道进行腐蚀评价,通过对照腐蚀预警方案,以此获取动态管道腐蚀的发展情况,并及时给出防腐处理,从而降低油气腐蚀性,保证海洋油气管道的使用功能。The corrosion forms of Marine oil and gas pipelines are closely related to the Marine environment in which they are located and the anti-corrosion measures taken.The interference conditions leading to pipeline corrosion include:seawater characteristics,seawater flow,oil and gas composition,internal mechanism,etc.Pipeline corrosion is easy to cause pipeline leakage and other failures,which brings serious damage to the enterprise economy and Marine environment.From the perspective of stress failure after pipeline corrosion,this paper evaluates the corrosion of an oil and gas pipeline,and compares the corrosion warning scheme to obtain the development situation of dynamic pipeline corrosion,and provides anti-corrosion treatment in time,so as to reduce the corrosion of oil and gas and ensure the service function of offshore oil and gas pipelines.
