摘　　要：为解决绿色智能建筑建设过程中BIM应用的技术难点,以某绿色智能建筑施工工程为典型案例,从设计阶段、施工阶段、施工运营维护阶段入手,分析BIM技术在该案例中的实际应用。研究证实在绿色智能建筑建设中应用BIM技术能够大幅提高工程建设效率。In order to solve the technical difficulties of BIM application in the construction process of green intelligent buildings,took a certain green intelligent building construction project as a typical case,starredg from the design stage,construction stage,and construction operation and maintenance stage,this paper analyzed the practical application of BIM technology in this case.research has confirmed that the application of BIM technology in green intelligent building construction can significantly improve the efficiency of engineering construction.
