中国式现代化进程中学习型政党建设的应有之义、内在要求与推进路径

摘　　要：中国共产党是重视学习与时俱进的学习型政党,具有自觉而强烈的学习意识。学习型政党建设始终贯穿于中国式现代化探索的全过程,成为了推动中国式现代化形成与发展的重要动力,保证了中国现代化事业的接续发展,也为其在新的历史方位下强化自身建设提供了空间。当前在中国式现代化进程中推进学习型政党建设,要坚持强化思想引领作用以把正方向之需;树立正确学习观念以厚植人才根基;完善长效机制以提供稳定引擎;秉持世界眼光以开拓崭新境界。The Communist Party of China is a learning-oriented political party that values learning and keeping pace with the times,with a conscious and strong sense of learning.The construction of a learning party has always run through the whole process of Chinese path to modernization exploration,becoming an important driving force to promote the formation and development of Chinese path to modernization,ensuring the continuous development of China's modernization cause,and providing space for it to strengthen its construction in a new historical perspective.At present,in the process of Chinese path to modernization,to promote the construction of a learning party,we should adhere to the need to strengthen the guiding role of thought to put the right direction;establish a correct learning concept to enhance the foundation of talents;improve long-term mechanisms to provide a stable engine;adhere to a global perspective to explore new horizons.
