摘　　要：医用黏胶属于生物医学特殊功能性胶黏剂,广泛应用于手术、伤口敷料、导管固定等,但在使用过程中容易导致机械性损伤、皮炎等医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)。临床需积极采取有效的护理措施以预防MARSI,从而促进患者康复。该文对MARSI发生的危险因素和护理措施进行综述,以期为临床MARSI护理措施的制定提供参考。Medical adhesive is a special functional adhesive in biomedicine,and is widely used in surgery,wound dressing,catheter fixation and other procedures.However,it is prone to mechanical injury,dermatitis and other medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI)during use.In clinical setting,it is necessary to actively take effective nursing measures to prevent MARSI,thus promoting the recovery of patients.This paper reviews the risk factors for the occurrence of MARSI and the nursing measures,so as to provide a reference for the formulation of clinical nursing measures for MARSI.
