摘　　要：肥胖症是由多种因素综合影响导致的代谢性疾病,增加了诱发全身多系统疾病的风险。中医疗法选择性广,其中内治法以中药内服为主,外治法包括针刺疗法、穴位埋线、推拿疗法、拔罐疗法等,在降低体质量、减少并发症等方面发挥了重要作用。该文基于“一气周流”理论探讨中医疗法在肥胖症治疗中的研究进展,从理论溯源、病因病机分析、现代临床应用3个角度进行总结,旨在为临床研究及治疗肥胖症提供参考。Obesity is a metabolic disease comprehensively influenced by multiple factors,which increases the risk of inducing diseases in multiple systems throughout the body.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy offers a wide range of treatment options.Among them,internal treatment mainly involves the oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine,while external treatment includes acupuncture therapy,catgut implantation at acupoint,manipulative therapy and cupping therapy.These therapies play crucial roles in weight loss and complication reduction.This article explores the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of obesity based on the theory of"Circular Flow of Qi",and summarizes from three perspectives:theoretical origin,etiology and pathogenesis analysis,and modern clinical application,aiming to provide references for clinical research and treatment of obesity.
