脑出血患者重症监护室后综合征的发生现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑出血患者重症监护室(ICU)后综合征的发生现状及影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月于徐州医科大学附属医院ICU治疗的92例脑出血患者作为研究对象,收集患者的相关资料,采用ICU意识模糊评估法、日常生活活动能力量表、焦虑抑郁量表评估患者是否发生ICU后综合征,分析ICU后综合征的发生情况及影响因素。结果:92例脑出血患者发生ICU后综合征28例(30.4%),未发生ICU后综合征64例。入住ICU时间≥7 d、格拉斯哥昏迷评分3~8分、血氧饱和度<90%、使用有创机械通气是脑出血患者ICU后综合征的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者ICU后综合征的发生受多种因素影响,医护人员需及时采取针对性的预防措施,降低ICU后综合征的发生风险,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the current incidence and influencing factors of post-intensive care unit(ICU)syndrome in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 92 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the ICU of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The relevant data of the patients were collected.The Confusion Assessment Method for the ICU,Activities of Daily Living Scale,and anxiety and depression scale were used to assess whether the patients developed post-ICU syndrome.The incidence and influencing factors of post-ICU syndrome were analyzed.Results:Among the 92 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,28 cases(30.4%)developed post-ICU syndrome,while 64 cases did not develop.Independent risk factors for post-ICU syndrome in patients with cerebral hemorrhage included ICU stay≥7 d,Glasgow Coma Scale score of 3-8,blood oxygen saturation<90%,and use of invasive mechanical ventilation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of post-ICU syndrome in patients with cerebral hemorrhage is influenced by multiple factors.Healthcare providers need to promptly take targeted preventive measures,reduce the risk of post-ICU syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients.
