腹腔镜下经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝补片修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究腹腔镜下经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝补片修补术(TAPP)治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:将2021年4月—2024年4月于天祝藏族自治县人民医院接受治疗的67例腹股沟疝患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(33例)。对照组实施腹股沟疝无张力补片修补术,观察组实施腹腔镜下TAPP。对比两组治疗优良率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总优良率高于对照组(P=0.027)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.024)。观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:腹腔镜下TAPP治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果较好,能够降低并发症发生率,缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal patch herniorrhaphy(TAPP)in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 67 patients with inguinal hernia who were treated at Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were divided into an observation group(34 cases)and a control group(33 cases)using a random number table.The control group underwent tension-free patch herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia,while the observation group underwent laparoscopic TAPP treatment.The excellent and good treatment rates,the incidence of complications,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total excellent and good treatment rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P=0.027).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).The operation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Laparoscopic TAPP has a good clinical effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia,which can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the operation time and the length of hospital stay,and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.
