氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月苏州市相城区第三人民医院收治的复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予克霉唑栓治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予氟康唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组灼痛、外阴红肿、阴道瘙痒、黏膜充血、阴道分泌物异常改善时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果显著,可快速缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2023,80 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to Suzhou Xiangcheng Third People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40).The control group received treatment with clotrimazole suppositories,while the study group received treatment with fluconazole on the basis of control group.The treatment effects between the groups were compared.Results:The improvement time of burning pain,vulvar redness and swelling,pruritus of vagina,mucosal congestion and abnormal vaginal discharge in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,somatic pain and overall health in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories has a significant effect in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis,and can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a high safety.
